The main effect of the composition comes down to the unusual combination of the linearly outlined seated figure, conditionally and summarily marked and the abstractly colored background. It is composed of numerous small spots, blurred or outlined in relatively tighter shapes, which are composed in similarity to mosaic compositions. The very title of the picture clearly shows that the impact is sought mainly through the expression of color and shapes.
