Boyko Mitkov: "Morning"

The drained and monolithically treated female body, wrapped in richly shaped plastic drapery, although inspired by nature, acquires allegorical and symbolic meanings. In places, the natural shapes of the body are visible under the cover. The woman's hair seems to pass imperceptibly into the garment and flow down like jets of water. The play of light and shadow on the split surface increases the effect and creates a wide range of spatial gradations of the sculptural form.
